At AutoPartsZilla.com, we value our customers and strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. We proudly offer only Aftermarket OEM parts and want you to be confident in your order. If you’re not fully satisfied, our team is here to help. Please review the return guidelines below for a smooth and efficient return process.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- All returned parts must be unused, uninstalled, and in brand-new condition, including the original manufacturer packaging, labels, and seals.
- Any product that has been installed, altered, or damaged cannot be returned.
- Electrical, electronic, and special-order parts are non-returnable.
- Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined or subject to a 15% restocking fee.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email [email protected] and include the following details:
- Your order number
- The part number(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Once approved, you’ll receive detailed return instructions along with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note that returns sent without an RMA may be refused or delayed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or an item arriving damaged. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refund Process
- After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval status.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
- A restocking fee (up to 20%) may apply to non-defective returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the part and packaging to help process a replacement or carrier claim. We will cover all costs associated with replacing or correcting the order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Electrical or electronic components
- Installed, modified, or damaged parts
- Items missing original manufacturer packaging
- Special-order or discontinued parts
