Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days once payment has been received.
Orders submitted before 10:30 AM Eastern Time (Monday–Friday) are generally shipped the same day. Any orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the following business day.

If a product is not currently in stock at our primary warehouse, it may be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer or one of our authorized parts distribution partners located throughout the United States. This ensures faster fulfillment and minimizes delays in getting your parts delivered.



Shipping Methods

To ensure dependable and timely delivery, we partner with trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Available shipping options and rates will be displayed during checkout.

Ground Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 1–7 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
Certain oversized or heavy products may incur additional shipping costs, which will be clearly shown prior to finalizing your purchase.



Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier’s tracking system to update after the package has been dispatched.



PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.



Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged item and packaging to assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
If your shipment is lost in transit, contact us and we will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.



Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please verify that your shipping information is accurate before completing your order.
AutoPartsZilla.com cannot be held responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to address errors or delivery failures may be subject to additional shipping charges to resend.
